Corrective Action:

EPA can require treatment, storage and disposal facilities (TSDF) handling hazardous waste to undertake corrective actions to clean up spills resulting from failure to follow hazardous waste management procedures or other mistakes. The process includes cleanup procedures designed to guide TSDFs toward in spills.
